We collect information provided by the educational institution (School/College) or directly by users (Teachers, Parents, Students) to operate the ERP platform. This includes:
- Personal Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, student IDs, and profile photos.
- Academic & Academic Records: Attendance, grades, schedules, homework, and report cards.
- Device Data: IP addresses, operating system type, and app usage logs.
2. How We Use the Information
We process data exclusively to provide educational services, facilitate teacher-parent communication, and maintain school records. We do not sell student data or use it for targeted behavioral advertising.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Data is only visible to authorized school administrators, teachers, and verified parents. We do not share data with third-party advertisers. We may use verified sub-processors (like secure cloud hosting services) strictly to run the application safely.
4. Child Privacy Compliance (COPPA & FERPA)
Our services comply with COPPA and FERPA standards. We rely on the educational institution to act as the legal agent to provide consent for collecting data from students under the age of 16 for educational purposes. Parents have the right to request access to or deletion of their child’s records through their school administration.
5. Data Security and Retention
We utilize end-to-end industry-standard encryption protocols to protect database transmissions. Data is kept only as long as required by the school’s contract lifecycle, after which it is deleted securely.
