MyEclass is Multi-Branch education ERP System. This application helps the organization that has many Branch Schools and a SuperAdmin can control all the admins, and staffs. Each branch will be controlled by Admin. Information about different branches, cannot be viewed or modified by other branch users. All information will be separate and secure. It is effective and helpful for both types of schools, Junior Colleges and Colleges. There are language translation systems, Any user can change language and sessions and view in different languages and sessions record. RFID attendance system linked with this ERP. Schools / Colleges can utilise the ID cards for attendance and parents can view their wards attendance too through their login credentials.
Modules & Features
Admission : Offline and Online Admissions can be taken . Multiple students information can be uploaded through import CVS file features.
Fee Management & Financial Management : The fee management system is an important module of the ERP software as it takes care of all the fee-related transactions of the school. MyEclass assists in managing the financial aspects of a school, including budgeting, fee collection, and expense tracking. Parents can view the fees paid and due amount to be paid through their login.
Inventory / stock Management : Inventories /stocks can be classified in different categories which will help the school / college to keep a record of receipts from purchases and vendor details so you can always reorder and keep track of your purchases.
Attendance : Manual or Automated attendance can be taken for the entire school and can be integrated with MyEclass RFID attendance system. The system works on RFID and android application which collects the RFID data of the students/staffs and transfers the information to the server and attendance record is updated for the institute concerned. Let it be Class wise attendance or subject wise attendance , with MyEclass students attendance can be taken even in School buses also.
Library Management : Helps to automate the process of borrowing and returning books, including tracking due dates, etc.
Employee Management & Human Resource : This module will assist in maintaining proper records of details, attendance, leaves, pay slip, salary register, contracts, etc. This module provides a single source of information about employees .
Hostel Management: As the name specifies this is a module developed for managing various activities in the hostel. It will help in allocating seats in the hostels without any difficulty and will also help in maintaining transparency
Transport Management : A very smooth and ease to access Transport module, which helps the school to manage all the day to day activities related to buses in the school, drivers details, expenses, etc.
Certificates : Certificates related to Admit card ,TC . Mark Sheet , etc can be generated by selecting the template.
Homework : Homework can be sent to the students by the concerned class teacher or subject teacher and parents can view the same through their login interface.
Exam Master : Exam marks can be entered and exam results can be declared using this module , Parents can view their wards marksheet just by visiting the School / College website link.
Bulk SMS and Notification : The software can be integrated to any SMS gateway . Alternatively with the same sms template unlimited mobile notifications can be sent to the registered parents.
Messages : Communications with the parents can be done through messages module very similar to an email messaging system.
Frontend CMS: Schools / colleges who do not have any website or web presence , through this modules website of the school or college can be created . Pages can be edited even if some one is not having any website or coding knowledge.
Reports : Reports related to Students or Employees information, Fees reports . Financial Reports , Attendance Reports, Human Resource , Examination, inventory etc can be generated in pdf, xls, cvs formats. These reports can be printed whenever desired by the institution.
Other Features :
This is a Multibranch ERP , so with one login unlimited number of schools can be managed. Admin can create logins for different schools ( branches) and data of one school cannot be viewed by another branch school.
Android app can be downloaded with ease without even searching the software in Playstore.
Facility of Enabling and disabling website – Schools can design their own webpages without any coding knowledge and can update the site. Enabling and disabling website or any web page will be with the hands of the institution.
Using Notifications school can save their cost on purchasing SMSes. Notifications are free and unlimited notifications can be sent.
Class wise and subject wise attendance can be taken separately if required.
